“Welcome
to the war-zone”. Here there are no friends…just foes, no allies…just enemies, no peace…just combat.
This is everyday life for millions of innocent people around the world, yet the majority of society fails to recognize this,
because people are simply too busy with their daily lives at work and home, and when would they possibly have the time to
actually care about strangers? We live in a world where “visions of freedom are blurry from the black clouds of war”,
“surrender showcases such a silent sound”, and countries “continue to kill for more black blood”.
In the midst of the turmoil and tragedy, arises Donnie Darkhorse from the ashes, waving a white freedom flag high in a hawk
and bomb infested sky. With peace and protest on his mind, Donnie will not keep a still tongue until his voice is heard and
doves are peacefully occupying the Heavens above once again.
Make sure to carefully march
through the pages of this book, in order to avoid the hidden landmines and to dodge the bullets that may be shot in your direction
without warning. “A scar has been born, but it’s not too late to destroy the satanic seed”, and hopefully
after reading the entire book, or even several of the poems, America’s eyes will be opened and the citizens will no
longer “be brainwashed behind the stop sign”. Donnie and the rest of the peace police “can and will not
rest until every bomb is eradicated and the world can once again enjoy the warmth and safety of the sun”, and all its
people can hold hands in harmony and come together as one.
